• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates to homeowners and businesses.
• Educate customers on roofing solutions, materials, and financing options.
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure a smooth installation process.

✔️ Proven experience in roofing sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔️ Knowledge of roofing materials, insurance claims, and storm damage restoration is a plus.
