We’re Hiring: Roofing Sales Reps

At Castillo Roofing LLC, we’re always looking for motivated, hardworking people who want to take control of their income and build a long-term career in the roofing industry. We’re a locally owned and growing company serving homeowners across Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. Our team helps clients protect their homes through roof inspections, repairs, and full roof replacements—both insurance and retail projects.

We provide hands-on training, a strong support system, and real opportunities for advancement. If you have the drive to succeed, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas

Job Type: Contract (1099 after training)

Training Pay: $600 per week for 3 weeks

Commission: 10% of each completed job (uncapped)

Expected Annual Earnings: $45,000 – $150,000+

• Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections
   
• Educate clients on roof conditions, repairs, and replacement options
   
• Assist homeowners with insurance claim filings and follow-up
   
• Present retail roofing estimates for non-claim customers
   
• Manage leads, appointments, and progress using company tools
   

• Three weeks of paid training at $600 per week
   
• Uncapped commission after training (average annual income $75K–$150K+)
   
• Hands-on field and classroom instruction
   
• Flexible work schedule and independence

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
   
• No previous roofing or sales experience required - but greatly appreciated
